RE: Which Pendulum?

Salvage allows hunting from a tree and the ground without any lock down of the pin. IMO, very accurate out to 30 yrds from both the tree and the ground , quite, and rugged.

That ABC Pivatal makes some realy big claims !!,50, 60, 70 yards ??
Anyone useing this site ?.What kind of range are you getting out of it ?.
Does the site need to be adjusted if your tree stand height changes, from the original height you sitted it in from ???

The KELLER is very simple to use.If your 14' to 30' up, your good to go[:-]

I went with the Toxonics sniper on my new bow and now wish I' d gone back with a savage nighthawk with a second pin mounted below the main pin.

Anyone wonna buy a new, barely used toxonics sniper?

RE: Which Pendulum?

I just set up my bow with the Predator IV pendalum using the " dove-tail" type mount and a Timberline " No Peep" . The area I usually hunt is pretty flat and my stands are usually about 14 feet high. It took some time to set it up but the results are great. I do not have to worry about estimating distance and it has helped my confidence alot. I love the " No Peep" as I have a difficult time seeing through a standard peep sight and the " No Peep" highlights any flaws in form immediatly . I have a second Preditor dovetail bracket set up with fixed pins. By simply loosening up a thumb screw I can remove the pendulum and switch to the fixed pins in seconds and vice versa. So far, I am getting consistant results anytime I change out the sights. This really is the best of both worlds.

So,,,Lets say I set up a Pred.IV and it' s right on from 14' up.Now if one of my stands is hung at 24' ,will the sight STILL be dead on ?, Like the KELLER ??.
