I shoot as often as I can. Like was said earlier I look at is as fun not practice that makes it sound more like work.

I shoot year round, i just open up the garage door in the winter or when it rains in the summer. You should shoot as long as you feel comfortable, no use shooting 100 shots if you lost your form at shot 30

20 or 30 arrows every other day will help you build strength and keep you sharp. Some days work in 50 arrows if you can.
