Ripcord Customer Service
 
Not sure of anyone else's situation but I had an absolutely fantastic experience yesterday with the customer service from Ripcord.

Had an issue. They were polite, informative, and extremely helpful and took care of the problem with no questions asked. What a great way to do business. I asked the gal what I could do to thank her, and she said, "Just tell your friends". So that's what I am doing.

It's very rare to get customer service like that it seems these days and they have now gained a customer for life.

100% true,I have also recieved great service with them,I wanted to order a new pull cord from them and they sent free of charge everything I needed! Yes it is very rare these days to recieve such great customer service.

My issue was similar. The gal I talked to, seriously could not have been more helpful.
