(IGNORE CHOICE "SCOTT ARCHERY")

MOhunter46 04-02-2010 07:56 AM

I currenty own a Bowtech 101st airborne and i have a Mathews z7 at the shop waiting on me to pick it up. I buy bows that feel good to me regardless of what logo is on the limbs.

drockw 04-02-2010 08:05 AM

Never heard of Scott archery???

That's my bad guys. I didn't mean to put that on there....Don't know what was running through my head.....They DO make releases but not bows....sorry for the confusion!

(ignore that choice)

Western MA Hunter 04-02-2010 08:21 AM

Can't go wrong w/ any of the bows these days, but I personally prefer Mathews.
My brother in law shoots a PSE
Another buddy shoots a Bowtech
And yet another shoots a Martin...
All a personal choice...

salukipv1 04-02-2010 09:09 AM

There's another bow company out there?

Matthews Drenaline.

nick_bleuer76 04-02-2010 09:49 AM

Diamond and Martin.

BGfisher 04-02-2010 09:54 AM

Too bad you failed to list about 20 other good bow companies. That being said I can't vote in the poll. I'm presently shooting a Martin FireCat, but am changing this year for 3D. When it gets here I'll be setting up a Rytera Alien Z.

When I started bow hunting, there were no compounds. You could either make your own bow or buy a bear or pearson. Hill came along but had to violent of a bow for me. Straight limb longbows are not my cup of tea. I can no longer draw a bow, so getting into the compound world would be an act of attrition. I wish I could, because I would love to get back into bow hunting.

Wolf killer 04-02-2010 01:29 PM

I own a Bowtech.
I am currently looking at the new Hoyt & Mathews. I have not decided if I am going to buy a new bow yet?

Howler 04-02-2010 02:05 PM

Another Drenaline!

BigDaddy12t 04-02-2010 02:08 PM

I shoot a Hoyt Vtec. The only reason I do, is because a buddy of mine won it in a reffle, and he is left handed, and it is a right handed bow.

Bible_Man 04-03-2010 12:34 AM

There is only one T...Mathews. Mine is an Outback.

PastorJim08 04-03-2010 02:10 AM

Shot Hoyts for over 20yrs. Never thought anybody made anything that shot as smooth as them. Then last summer I shot a Bowtech Captain. Just one word.....WOW!
Bowtech Captain

Blessings.....Pastorjim

buckinbowhunter 04-04-2010 05:26 PM

I shoot a Bowtech.... Afterall, they call it the Destroyer for a reason!!!

MeanV2 04-05-2010 06:06 AM

I've shot most of the Brands currently on the market and some from years past.

I have shot BowTech since 03. No doubt BowTech and Hoyt are my favorite bows.

05_sprcrw 04-05-2010 07:17 AM

LittleChief 04-05-2010 08:14 AM

Another Drenalin here, but for some reason mine is spelled without the "e" on the end. :s2:

early in 04-05-2010 05:29 PM

I shoot a Hoyt Vectrix XL.:happy0001:

IL-Cornfed 04-05-2010 06:21 PM

Mathews Z7 for me

bigcountry 04-05-2010 06:30 PM

Shot em all except scott. Owned Bear, PSE, Mathews, Jennings, bowtechs, hoyt, martin, zipper, black widow, several more. Not brand loyal in the least. But do have my eyes on hoyt AM35.

txjourneyman 04-07-2010 07:01 AM

I shoot a Diamond Marquis and a Kanga longbow. I may soon purchase a Quest Primal

2 Samuel 22:35 04-07-2010 12:58 PM

PSE Bows are extremely good.
They are good quality at a affordable price.
Just the thing for me!

cptleo1 04-07-2010 02:17 PM

I shoot an 07 Allegiance.

It is not a matter of money.

I just haven't found a newer bow that is SIGNIFICANTLY better.

I am not a fan boy of any manufacturer - I just see no reason to mess with success.

my7pointmonster 04-07-2010 03:36 PM

Hoyt Vulcan for me.

Ryan.

RidgeFACTOR 04-07-2010 04:01 PM

There is no such bow as MATTHEWS!

It's spelled MATHEWS.................

Do you hunt with that on your bow? Just curious.
