Any us 3D Camo for Bowhunting?

I have been having a hard time choosing my camo gear for bowhunting. I will be hunting from: inside a blind, behind a 3d leafy half-blind, and in a stand. I was thinking of getting something to break up my outline such as the 3D leafy camo.

Has anyone tried this for bowhunting? Does it snag in the bush? Does it catch your string on your bow?

It definately snags the brush and is quite frankly a pita sometimes but it works really well!

Alot of times I will hunt in shorts and a t shirt and just throw my leafy on. In the past two years I've killed two deer in that setup in the early season.

You know you have to be blending decently when your clothes are blowing in the wind like real leaves on a tree;)

I have been using 3d leaf camo for several years, haven't had much trouble snagging branches etc. even if i was i wouldn't give it up like drockw said you know your blending well when you clothes are blowing in the wind like leaves. I use it for turkey, deer and even waterfowl hunting.

Worth the investment

Are there any leafy camo you recommend for bowhunting?

Also, I was thinking about buying Predator camo and pinning SneakLeaf around the outlline of my outfit. What do you think?

I use leafy camo and love it. BUT ONLY in EARLY season. The reason is because thats the the time the leaves are still on trees. After the leaves are gone i switch to the normal stuff only.

Good point! Is there anything to break up your outline in the later seasons?

All Camo is really made to break up your outline...I use leafy camo from opening day through late season and even if a deer looks up at you they look down and keep walking.
I was actually hunting in a tripod stand in the middle of a marsh...very out of place...but with my 3d suit on and staying still deer would walk all around me. The point is that you don't look like a predator or anything that would concern them...my tip is MAKE SURE you are careful about scent with the clothes you wear under your 3d suit since a lot of them are mesh and let the wind go right through.

Another tip is to take old panty hose and cut them into a sleeve, I use this to keep the leaves on my suit out of my bowstring..works great!

With as hot as it gets down here in Florida that is about the only thing I use during bow season and much of rifle season. You can literally disappear in a small bush or leafy tree. The deer look right through you.

The only thing I find that it snags on is briers.

I use the full body one piece suit from White Water. I honestly would like to have the ASAT pattern but we don't sell ASAT here at the store so I use the best "main stream" pattern... RTAP.

Started using one last year and love it. Bought it at BP - if you're thinking about Predator they have one as well.

Predator has a 3-D leafy camo? I can't find one anywhere.

I am getting more sold on the ASAT too though.
