Hello, long lost HNC friends I am back again! lol

Hope I am not beating a dead horse but how do these new Muzzy's fly?

Fly like darts... I may use them on this year's Colorado elk trip.

Fred Eichler has put them through almost every big-game animal in the world with no problems.

I use em for trad bow hunting. I use the 220gr. They plane more than most heads, but out of a well tuned matched setup, they will fly great. And hit like a freighttrain.

Should probably clarify... I use the 100-grain version. A lot smaller than BC's 220-grain ones... But, as he pointed out, the ticket's going to be in ensuring your setup is tuned -- as it should be with ANY broadhead. :)

I shot them for a year out of my Commander, on the end of FMJ 300's and they flew very well for me too. I shot them out to 60 yards, just for fun really, and they performed nicely. My bow, at that time, was perfectly tuned, as I was in the shop most everyday tinkering with it. I did shoot them some out of my bow when it wasn't in tip-tip tune, and they were a touch erratic. At 60 yards, they were like a skud missile hitting the target, yikes.

Well made, durable and inexpensive head. I use the 220grain also. Easy to resharpen and they do fly very well. I shot one at 30 yds on a bareshaft and it hit a few inches lower than the fletched arrow but I attributed that to planing. I'll always have these heads available.
