They are heavy, noisy, don' t flex like a string loop, wear on your release, can come apart, and cost about 10 times what a string loop costs. Save your money and tie on a string loop.

I tied on a string loop about 2 years ago and have never looked back. Why? See above:eek:

They also tear up strings and servings, another reason to go with a string loop.

I tend to agree with the others. The regular string loop is the way to go.

I concur, string loop it and press on. I change mine every two years whether I need it or not.

have an original ultra noc and is still going. never had a string wear problem. 3 different bows guess i got lucky.

If your shooting and older, noisy bow, then you probably won' t have a problem. If you are shooting a faster, quieter bow like most of the new bows out today, you will find that they make your quiet bow sound like a twenty two. String loop it!
