Bowtech Sentinel

Bowtech dudes. Can the 09 sentinel be retrofitted with the FLX?

Also, my manual says sentinel is self pressing and can take the limb bolt out 3". I thought this was done away with?

Lots to learn on my new toy.

To answer your 1st question my understanding is No the FLX guard can Not be added on.

There should be a hole you can look through to see the limb bolt which allows you to keep an eye on to make sure you don't back it out too far.

Correct, the FLX Guard is will not fit the 09 riser.

And correct, the Sentinel is self pressing.

I was under the assumption it was like the general. Reason I was so hesitate to go to the captians, sentinels, etc.

Nice surprise. Even more nice surprise to find out I need no module for draw length. Nice addition with the timing marks. Yea baby.

Not sure about draw stop adjustments.

Very much so. Thanks.

One cam has only 2 hex screws for the module. Wonder if that will be an issue and if I should get another. Bow has never been shot and new out of the bow.

Take one of the hex screws up to lowe's or home depot. They have a big selction of hex screws. That's where I go when I need new/extra hex screws.

If you were to blue loctite the two screws in that should be good enough but, if it will take another, then I would just get it and put it in too.

I was just trying to know if both cams require 3 or not.

She's setup. Had trouble tuning in the heavy snow today. She's nice.

Shouldn't hurt anything to have 2 or 3 however, either way it wouldn't hurt to put a bad of blue Loc-tite on them just for that little bit of self confidence.

If you need a couple mod screws PM me your address...
