This is what I have waited 45 years for!!!!!
 

Last night my 5 year old son and my 7 year old daughter went out in the woods to check on the food plots. We were walking along when i spotted a newborn fawn that was still wet but you could see that it had been tended to.

When I showed it to the kids they were in absolute amazement. I was amazed to see the look on there faces and how quiet they became. We went behind a a scrub tree and they continued to watch for at least 30 min. What an education mother nature gave them last night.

This re-affirms my feelings that you need to spen time with your kids in the woods when they are young and you will reap the rewards as they grow.

That is pretty cool. That is something very few people get to see in the wild and to be able to share that moment with your kids was pretty awesome for sure.
