I have tried both rests and the people that are voting for the WB obviously hasn't shot thru a Hostage. The Hostage does the same job as the WB without all the drawbacks. It doesn't rip the vains off your arrows because it doesn't touch them. If your going to use this style rest the Hostage is the only way to go.

I'm not going to vote because I haven't tried both. I have been using a WB since I started shooting a bow. I don't have any complaints other than when I was shooting feathers, they would start to wear. I have been on the fence about getting a hostage for the last year. I am getting be bow restrung after the late season ends so I may give the Hostage a try along with the new strings and cables.

If i had to shoot one it would be the wisker biscuit. Ive heard of people complaining that the bottom brush on the hostage wears down and it changes the tune on your bow causing you to keep retuning. Ill pass on that, give me the WB.

The Octane Hostage Pro is a quality rest that accomplishes the same thing as the WB without all the fletching contact. For those that prefer this type of rest the Hostage Pro is an excellent choice.
I personally prefer a Dropaway.
