Hunting setup? Target setup? Mechanical BH? Fixed BH?

No matter the answer to the aformentioned, you're NOT gonna want to shoot helical fletched fletchings through a WB.

If I was looking to fletch arrows for that setup I'd use 2" Blazers on a Hard offset or Helical. You won't get much on a 2" vane, but it will work. The Blazers are tough enough to endure the WB rest.

I shoot a dropaway so I use 4" feathers. No real weight savings going down in size so I take advantage of the extra steering ability.

Good Luck whatever you decide!

You can do whatever you like with your fletchings. I'm only suggesting what the makers of the rest the OP uses tell their customers to do.

We suggest a straight fletch or no more than a 2 - 3 degree offset.

Thanks

I would never shoot broadheads with straight fletch. If anyone prefers to that's their choice. I would Not do it nor recommend it. You wanna take the rifling out of your rifle barrel?

I guarantee you the Helical Blazers through the WB will work great. You can't get that much but it will spin the arrow. I've always said Blazers are ideal for the WB.

A rest company stated (to remain unnamed) advised to set your nock point 1/4" higher than normal. I wouldn't do that either

I just find it interesting that the company that mfr's the rest in question (i.e. Bear Archery.....and the Whisker Biscuit) advises AGAINST this.
