Default Big buck three days in a row.

I had this buck come in on me at 30 yards the first day I saw him. I was drawn an pin on him but vines an limbs in the way. He was walking an trailing a doe. Part of me wishes I would have took the shot an other part of me is glad I decided not too. It just did not feel right.

So I watched him for 45 mins that day feeding under an oak at about 80 yards. But, did manage to get a few shots of him with my Nikon D40. Picture is not the best but it was starting to get dark an the shutter was staying open along time on the camera. I saw him the next two days but never as close as he was the first day.

He looks like a REAL good buck! I'd be doing all day hunts for his azz. Good luck getting a shot at him.

Good non-shot.

The sight path was obstructed, but was the arrow path???

Hard to say if it was or not. I can tell you it sure was tempting! Had a very small window an was not comfortable with it. I will be on him this summer, hope he will still be around. I saw him the week before gun season started in Nov. The week right after full moon.
