I cant get my profile pic on the little thumbnail under my name when i post a new thread. I uploaded it and it worked but it wont show on my threads, what do i do?

Make sure you minimize it in some sort of photo editing program, paint works fine.. Make it about the size of the pic you would see in somebodys avatar. Then upload it..
