Any home remedies for getting blood off of antlers?

thats one thing i always try to be somewhat careful of...if i do gotta touch em bloody, i try to do it out on the beams where its smooth..(usually drag em that way...) i try to avoid blood at the bases where its rough...

then when i get it hung and spray it off, i can take a wet paper towel and it wipes off, dry or not...

dont know how to get a serious staind antler clean....gotta be a way though...taxis probably have to deal with that frequently by the time some guys are done showing off their trophy

dish soap and hot water repeat if need be. thats how my taxis do it

unless antlers are made of carpet and since blood is water soluable.. im sure water or any other home cleaner will work.. DONT use bleach! lol :hit:
