will shortening my draw mean i need shorter arrows

if i shorten my draw length by 1/2 -1 inch, does that mean that i will need new arrows which are shorter or can i still use my same ones?

No. You don' t have to shorten your arrows just because you change your draw length. By cutting off an inch off your arrows you would only save a few gns. in arrow weight and see very little diff. in speed.

Probably not but that depends on how well your arrow was setup for your bow in the first place. If you were borderline on spine and shortening your draw pushed you past the acceptable line then you definitely will need to make a change.

You did not mention if you were shooting carbons or aluminums. Carbons generally have fewer spine " classes" for any given range of draw weight....3 or 4 actually to cover almost everything from 30-80 lbs of draw weight and the typical arrow length range. Aluminums normally require more sizes to cover the same range.
