Kansas is one either sex tag & up to 5 antlerless tags. I think they are overdoing the antlerless tags. I would like to see more deer everywhere but the non hunters are afraid of hitting them out on the roads. Seems like we got the problem when the speed limit went back to 70 not w/ any great increase in deer population.

Here in TN we can take up to 3 bucks, and limitless does...up to 3 a day. No more than three deer a day total and no more than 1 buck a day.

Indiana is one buck per year regardless of method. Does require a degree in advanced math to figure out how many you can take. Indiana use to be 1 buck archery and 1 buck gun. At the time most every bow hunter would take the 1st buck they saw knowing they still had gun season to get Mr Big (which rarely happened cause the bow hunters were slaying the 1.5 yr olds each year. Now after about 7 years of OBR (one buck rule) quality and age structure of the deer where I hunt is great. It is easy to pass up on what use to be a nice 1.5 yr old 8pt cause you know you are going to see a 120 class 3.5 yr old pretty soon.

We still have guys (kids exempt) that will still fire away at the 1st antlered deer they come across (usually in gun season).

In Louisiana we get six tags 3 bucks and 3 does, there are no antler restrictions on privite or public land, except for some wma owned by the state. We get the six tags and fill them with any legals means as far as bow, rifle, ect. Now if you have land that is in dmap the state will require you to kill a quota of anterless deer which will not be counted as one of your state tags so you could technically kill more than 3 does if you hunt land enrolled in dmap and land that is not,the only thing though if you are hunting dmap land you normally do have antler restrictions and in most cases only get 2 bucks each on a lot of clubs and the bucks you kill on dmap do count toward your state tags.

(Maryland) Zone 2 >>> 2 buck archery 2 bucks Muzzle loading 2 bucks rifle season.
Your second buck can only be taken after 2 doe's have been harvested in each season. There are two zones in Maryland. Zone 1 is the three western counties. Small racks out there. If hunting Md. the biggest racks are found on the eastern shore counties. Good Luck Hunting this year.
