Monster South Eastern Wisconsin Buck Down

Not mine, but killed only 8 miles from my house. This buck must have gotten lost, Buffalo County's on the other side of the state.

Wow, wish they had pics up there. I fished around that area a ton in the fall and have seen some big deer on River Wildlife ground, but none quite that big I don't think!

BowHuntingFool 11-08-2009 01:46 PM

I hunt west of that area, like to see some pics!

Hunter219 11-08-2009 01:54 PM

Pretty crazy. I hunted the property adjacent to that for ten years prior to moving to Oklahoma. There is a lot of pressure in the area and the land the buck was taken is pretty much a safe haven. I shot my biggest buck, an almost typical twelve, a few years back and it makes me wonder if he shared genes with that buck. I sure hope the gang back home gets a crack at his twin brother in a few weeks.

Bump it to the top.

If they score it as a typical, it will be a new state record. Unfortunately, when they deduct that G2 it won't break the world record at 213 5/8.

3" 5/8 short! I'd still be happy with that state record though.

There is alot more deductions than the one g2 that splits. It will get scored as a main frame 8pt then unless they decide that split does not have a common base but to me it definitly has a common base and will be considered a split I do beleive. Still a huge buck and to bad the right side doesn't look like the left otherwise without a doubt it would be a typical world record. WCL

AWESOME buck, but he isn't EVEN CLOSE to the world record! He'd go nowhere scored as a typical buck. Waaaaay too many deductions.:s4:

Boogeyman24 11-09-2009 06:57 PM

hell of a buck! wow look at the mass! congrats to the lucky hunter

record or not that buck is hugggggeeeee

bearklr 11-10-2009 07:04 AM

That is a MONSTER buck but here's a true typical that was shot in Wisconsin this year that I bet would blow that buck away if they were both scored as typicals.

Mathewsboy 11-10-2009 08:27 AM

i dont even see that deer scoring 200 inches

7VALLEYS 11-10-2009 08:29 AM

Wisconsin has produced a awful lot of huge bucks this year! Wow!

BOWHUNTER818 11-10-2009 09:32 AM

Awsome Buck but i would have to agree with Early-in on this one, He is really nice and i like the palmation and all but to many deduction's should go for the Wisc. State record but No where near the World record..I have seen bigger bucks too..But what i would give to have a shot at something like that..man o man.. Congrats to the lucky hunter

WIbuckchaser 11-10-2009 05:29 PM

That is quite a buck, my luck I'd be sleeping when one like that came through.
