I went out tonight and knew something was gonna happen,it was about quarter after 5 a small spike came strolling of the ridge in front of me and ran down the hill,bout 30 minutes later another buck comes down the hill at the same spot,i stand up because theres only about 10 minutes of light left,suddenly i hear another deer comin by this time it was gettin dark quick and there he stood a buck ,it was a 3 point probably bout a foot wide with acorns on the end of his beams walking about 8 yds i grunt and release whack ,he ran about 60 yards and crashed, i know hes not the biggest buck but i dont care im a DEERHUNTER AND SPORTSMAN FIRST it was so fun when it all comes together and it never gets old

No need to apologize about the size of your buck...if you're happy with it, it's a trophy! IMO anything you're able to shoot with a bow is an accomplishment. :cool2:

Congrats on you kill. The only problem is with Indiana's 1 buck law, you are now doe hunting the rest of the year, which is just as much fun if you ask me. Congrats again.
