I know nothing about the moon phases and I seriously doubt that anyone else can predict what time during these phases that deer will be moving. But I can tell you one thing, it's now November and the bucks do a "certain thing" in the northeast during this month, it's called "the rut" and I can guarantee you if you sit long enough you'll definately see something moving no matter what phase the moon is in.
I think you are making this up.

I was out by 1pm and couldn't get in the stand, got stuck 2/3 up my tree, had a 10 point chasing some tail by me for 10 minutes. then I didn't see a deer for about an hour which was another smaller buck cruising, and the last deer was a little forker at last light, and last light was hard to determine tonight, that moon was really out there.
