Listen to this doe

Never seen one be so focal. If it was a fawn, I might say its looking for its mother but this doe is to big to be a fawn in my area.

Seems like she is looking for some company.

Very cool video. That one is in heat! I've only once actually heard a doe bleat during the rut. The one in your video did it numerous times, so that's a good thing to know. I often wondered how many times they'll do that. Thanks for sharing that with us.:cool2:

Thanks for posting that video. That was cool. I shot a great buck on Friday with a couple of doe bleats followed by a couple of grunts. Never had much luck before but it worked like a charm on Friday.

Saw the doe this evening

She had a fawn with her. Im quessing she was looking for her fawn. That would make more sense.

Found it odd to see one that focal.

Sounded like a contact call. A contact call like that rises and falls in pitch. I imitate that often. That's what called in and killed my 3 legged doe opening morning this year. Contact Call
