Tinks 69 GEL

What do you guys think bout the Tinks 69 Gel?? is it the same as the liquid or can it have some bad effects?

Never used it i like the code blue stuff. I had two bucks walk down a trail and stop and turn up the one i had ran a drag of code blue down when i walked in.
