From what I gathered over on AT, the eccentric shaft is locked to the cam via a keyed spline. The lobes on the end of the shaft rotate with the cam at the same time/position. Like RJ said, it's sort of like moving the typical cable peg from inside the limb to the outside, it still ties the cams together.

I'm actually REALLY liking the looks of this bow, and I usually don't jump on new bows. I'm having Ben check on some information for me about it.
