Anyone Ever Used Buck Fever Synthetic Scents??

I have seen several advertisements for the Buck Fever Synthetic scents and was wondering if any of you have used them and if so what is your thoughts on them?

I used them last year. Both pre rut and the gland scent worked well. I had numerous deer come up and smell it. I used to gland scent in a couple of scrapes and the scrapes got bigger everytime I applied more scent. They say the stuff is supposed to work for weeks on end. And can be stored between seasons. Everyone has their own opinions on which scent to use. This is just mine. You can try it next season and see if you like it.

ive used k mart brand syntheteic and cant tell if it does anything. one thing i did notice with any doe in heat scents is that when doe-s smell it they snort and dont wanna be anywhere near another deer in esterous. so its kind of a wierd balance . i mean you want live doe-s in your area as live bait but if they catch your scent rag or bomb they will hight tail it out of there. last year i had a monster come through at 35 yards and it wouldnt have anything to do with my scent bomb. i was using the deer hustler propane cooker and a doe had passed through about 20 minutes before. even though with that heater unit my area stunck like deer in heat it knew enough to stay on that doe in heat that passed through quite a few minutes before. i didnt take the shot because i only practice to no more than 25 yards and i thought with the deer hustler cooking away it was a sure thing for mr buck to come back to me. the deer was huge and it still hurts to think about it but i know i did the right thing!

We have been testing and using Buck Fever Synthetics for a while now and I must tell you they are doing great for us. It is May and the deer are still hitting the scrapes and we just started some new ones and they are hitting them also. I have personally talked with Kevin of Hawgs and I was very impressed. We post new pics and stuff if you would like to look just go to www.sccoutdoors.com

I live and hunt in North Central Louisiana, and with our hunting pressure, massive clear-cutting, liberal season and bag limits, our buck to doe ratio and age class of our bucks, all of these things combined, things just don' t work here like they do in other places. But, I tried the buck fever synthetics last year and as far as I' m concerned I' ll be a customer for life. The stuff ain' t magic, but if you give a decent chance and follow the directions, it will work.
