Buddy sent me this and said his friend did this last night.

Constant reminder we got to be carefull with bows.

this will happen if ya shoot arrows that are too small for your bow, usually sum1 else s arrows or old ones from another bow.

I have to agree with too short of arrows. But just goes to show you, don't take anything for granted.

I think that usually happens when you shoot a carbon arrow that is slightly splintered or cracked. Seen it a few times. His season and possibly career as a bowhunter is done.
