If you have a blind I would go set that out along a field and wait for the rain to quit. The deer like to come out right after that rain stops to feed. It rained off and on saturday while I was out and it seems that most of the deer were in the alfalfa field when they came out.

if it is raining and windy im on the ground stalking. keep the wind in your face and move very slow. i have had great success with this. id be stalking the thick stuff as long as it wasnt so thick you cant worm through it. pray to see the deer 1st. you can stalk anytime of day. good luck.
