Default Unbelievable!

I'm out scouting yesterday and I'm checking two VERY old mature white oaks to see how the acorn drop is doing with them. They were literally dropping like rain. Anyway, I look at the ground all around these trees and see that some smacked ass has broadcasted corn all around. This is on public land where baiting isn't allowed. Wouldn't you think the acorns would have been good enough?

Probably one of those dudes that considers hunting near an Oak tree the same thing as Baiting with a pile of corn or Salt lick.

Shows how much he knows, deer will usually pass up corn for acorns! Here in Texas, corn is best after a freeze and the acorns sour up.

What really stinks is now you can't hunt over the oak trees without getting accused of hunting over bait if you get visited by the Game Commision.
