Mosquito stopper?
Today was opening day bow season here in Jersey.
The mosquitos were god awful. Anyone use this to repel mosquitos? ( http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=548640 ) Any other suggestions? |
thermacell seems popular and effective

A must have if you hunt with skeeters.

Get one. You won't be sorry.

Thermacell Works!!!
Hey there guys, Tried out the new thermacell on my evening hunt last night and that thing is a miracle!! It is the first time I have ever been able to hunt in the afternoon in northwest Arkansas and not worry about being eaten alive. The pads are supposed to last for four hours, but mine turned white after a little over two, but other than that I wish they would have come out with this thing years ago!! Buy one, you won't regret it.:rock:

Works well for me!

i don't know how people bow hunting without one. I've left mine in the truck before and almost thought i was going to have to quit hunting. THERMACELL WORKS GREAT.

Once I was in the tree I was ok, and they pretty much let me alone, but the walk in and walk out was brutal.
Now I know what the people on Survivor feel like. |
