Mosquito stopper?

Today was opening day bow season here in Jersey.
The mosquitos were god awful.
Anyone use this to repel mosquitos?

Any other suggestions?

A must have if you hunt with skeeters.

Get one. You won't be sorry.

Thermacell Works!!!

Hey there guys, Tried out the new thermacell on my evening hunt last night and that thing is a miracle!! It is the first time I have ever been able to hunt in the afternoon in northwest Arkansas and not worry about being eaten alive. The pads are supposed to last for four hours, but mine turned white after a little over two, but other than that I wish they would have come out with this thing years ago!! Buy one, you won't regret it.:rock:

i don't know how people bow hunting without one. I've left mine in the truck before and almost thought i was going to have to quit hunting. THERMACELL WORKS GREAT.

My morning hunt was 30 yrds from a creek and in a very moist environment. Needless to say the skeeters were bad, but once I had my leafy suit (basically leaf shaped material stitched on mesh) it didnt let the skeeters through. I had my face cover on, a mesh one, and had the hood of my leafy pulled over my hat and as far down on my forehead as possible. The mosquitoes were there but couldnt infiltrate my "bug suit" so instinctly I didnt react to them....just let them do their thing and it didnt affect my ability to shoot if I needed. I dont own a thermocel, but found out my "bug suit" was just as affective.

Once I was in the tree I was ok, and they pretty much let me alone, but the walk in and walk out was brutal.
Now I know what the people on Survivor feel like.
