Buck #2...how old is he this year?

1st one. 3 1/2
2nd one 4 1/2

I agree on both of these. I love that second buck with the TALL rack!

Did you guys even look at the dates on the pictures?

The first buck is 1.5 years old in the first pic taken on 9-27-2006 and there are 4 consecutive years of pics of this deer making him 4.5 years old this year.

The second deer, judging from the antler mass, looks to be a 2.5 or 3.5 years old in his first pic on 11-28-2007 and there are 3 years of consecutive pics which would make him 4.5 or 5.5 years old.

LOL, how could the first one be 3.5 when he has 4 years of photos?

The first one I'd say is 5.5 To me, the photo from 06 looks like the body of a 2.5 deer.. typical 1.5 body size for a buck is smaller than the first photo.. atleast in my experience..

The second one I'd say is 4.5.. Again, just a guess by the look of his size and how he progressed..

On the first one, its nice to see how much they increase in antler size.. If people would have shot him in 06, look at the potential that would have been lost..

I think they are both 5.5 year olds but once a buck gets to be 4.5, he's very difficult to tell.

I'd say 5.5 for both bucks.
