If the meat doesn't smell bad I would consider it okay. I left one over night on the opening day in VA last year and it stayed in the high 70's over night and it was fine the next day. The only thing I didn't keep was the inner tenderloin. Even though that deer sat 14 hours, or however long, there is no telling when it died. It may have only been dead for a few hours when you recovered it. If it looks good and smells good then eat it.

My experience can be summed up as "The nose knows". If it smells like normal venison, it's fine to eat.

Now that's the way to get it done Okee! Anyone can get'em when they fall insight, way to stay the course and see it through!

Way to go. Nice Buck. Cool color antlers too. I've never seen them that dark.
