I usually see the ATSKO sport wash in Walmart in the camping section an isle or two over from the hunting stuff.

I use unscented baby wipes to clean up in the morning if I can't take a shower. Then use unscented deodorant. Both seem to work well and do not have a scent. I also keep hydrogen peroxide and add water to brush my teeth with. Our camp does not running water so we make do with what we have.

Scent Killer makes the wipes and everything else as well. Sportsmans guide has the best package deal I can find, I bought the bundle, gallon, big spray bottle, small spray bottle plus the wipes, a for 24.00 after my 5 dollar rebates.
