ThermaCell question
 

I was out hunting tonight and had a big old doe coming right towards my blind. I sprayed down before the hunt very well to conceal my scent. I did have my ThermaCell going to keep the mosquitos away. They say it has no scent and is meant for hunting and the deer don't smell it. I'm a human and I can smell a little aroma coming from it. The doe was almost in my shooting lane when she stopped put her nose in the air and winded me. Either my coverspray wasn't doing the job or it smelled the vapor coming from the ThermaCell. Any thoughts?

She prolly smelled you...not the cell....spray just masks our ordor...but we stink to deer plain and simple...playing wind is more important than whats in a spray bottle...watch a video of Chuck Adams stalk ANYTHING....wind used to his advantage.
