Congrats on the doe! They are all trophies, the fact that its your first with the trad gear makes it all the more special. Speaking of gear I really like that quiver/bag you've got there. My only complaint is you haven't told the story of how it happened? how did it all go down?

Sorry...

I had 2 does and two fawns come in (no spots). This was (remember, I'm in NC....lol) the larger of the two does....and I waited for a shot at her. I could have shot (at) the smaller doe.....but just waited.

Hit her "back".....but she only went 30yds before going down. I "think" she expired within just a few minutes. I snuck out and returned, later.

Shot was broadside at about 17yds.
