I killed 2 deer with them last year (ST Mags), and I was very impressed with them. They do the job to say the least. Nothing bad to say about them.

i love my slick tricks, there amazing, and one of the reasons why i love them so much is kuz of how similar they are to 100 grain field tips, and another, they got bone splitting power, awesome heads

Best broadheads I've ever shot. Blew holes through a doe at 30 yards, and a 185 lb(gutted wt.) buck at 40. Shoot right with my field points.

first year using them, i instantly killed a turkey, with a full pass through, and a dubble lung pass through on a doe that went 40 yards.

I have taken game with between 40 and 50 models of Broadheads both fixed blade & mechanical.
I have shot some model of Slick Trick almost exclusively since 03. Last year I shot the 100 grain Grizz Trick. This year I have the 125 grain Grizz Trick ready to go. They are the Best all around Broadhead I have used in 40 years of Bowhunting.

I found one thing strange when shooting grizztricks this year. They require slightly stiffer spine than say even thunderheads, or regular tricks, or even G5 Montecs.

Mark,
Not going to argue the point as you may very well be right. If a guy is right on the edge of being too limber anyway, but for my setup I used the same arrow with No problems, and all the 100 grain Slick Trick models grouped together out to 40 yards for me.

It has me puzzled so no arguement here. Just had to change my setup slightly is all.

Mark,
It could be the wider blades catch a tad bit more air resistance and cause a little more pressure on the shaft. I'm not sure but that's just a thought.

For whatever reason, my Grizz's shoot even better than my Mags. With the Mags, I was about 1" low left consistently, maybe only 3/4", but with the Grizz, I'm dead nuts every single time. Perhaps they corrected a slight spine issue I was having without even knowing it?
