I can't speek for Wisconsin that is for sure.. Up here if you get a guided hunt it is most likely on public land. Paper companies own most of the hunting land here and it is all open to the public.. You have to be registard state guide before you can except money for a guided hunt though.. I voted no at first but after reading about the lodging and all it would be foolish IMO not to except something like this if I was heading out that way..
