Practice out to 35-40 yards from an elevated position and will not take a shot any farther.

I practice out to 35 yards. Due to where I practice it is the most reasonable. I could go farther but my neighbors might not appreciate it!

Practice out to 55, but 40 is the max i would shoot at a Deer, but 40 has to be perfect conditions..!

Being I have 5 pins I practice out to 60yrds but I have never taken a deer past 28yrds...20 and 30 pins get the most shooting time...

I practice out to 50-60 regularly and will stretch it to 70 or even 80 if I get the chance, but I would never shoot at a whitetail over 40. I don't judge others that do, I'm just not comfortable in anything beyond that.

Long distance practice is the best way I know of to identify form flaws.

i shot around 100 for fun. I would never shot that far in life on any animal, but we do it for fun and it makes closer shots alot easier
