Going to sit today to see if I can find myself a nice buck in velvet, picked up cards the other day, no monsters in the bunch but some interesting bucks.

nice pics my season doesnt start until oct 1 .....is that hail that is falling in a couple of your pics ?

Those are some real good bucks! You guys up north have it good. I'm lucky to see one the size of the smallest buck in those pics in a season.

that is more than likly bugs,, on the lens or in the area

Well it was a great sit, 24 degrees and sunny, light ssw wind, didn't see anything other than a few flocks of geese but that's ok, it was an awesome sit!!!! ya likely those are bugs not hail, the bugs are a bit insane at the moment!!!

Glad you enjoyed your first day! A bit slow but it will surely get better. Enjoy your hunting because I can't hunt for another month yet :cry:. Look forward to seeing on those Manitoba monsters down!
