If you read the website, you can't place bait out for deer until 24 hours before bow season starts. thats for hunting over... but the laws a re confusing, because it says its ok to feed deer at anytime when not used for hunting...and i guess hes using the feed or "bait" to take pictures of deer....:confused0024: |

read and study the rules closely... You can place feed out now, you just cant hunt over it... He's using it to take pictures.
