Here's what some guys do to keep the rage 2 blades from opening...

And the Alpine soft Loc works great, It holds the arrow in 2 places and you just remove the first layer of foam...

ok, i took 3/4" drill and made holes in the foam of my stock Diamond quiver, holds em perfect, no noise, no opening. Just to be sure i put the practice blade in teh drill and cleaned it out.

i had the same problem with my G5 tekans, I just bought a newer model Apex Mx Nano quiver and the problem with open mechanincals is over. Around $50 and ull love it

I have a quickie quiver it holds 3 arrows and has two sets of prongs to snap your arrows in. The secret is to snap arrow in without the head all the way down. I shoot mechanicals and have no problem at all!

I use Grim Reapers and Slick Tricks, and I just cut the foam out of the quiver, except for about 1/4" thick on the very bottom just to hold the tips of the broadhheads, that'll be your easiest and cheapest route at this point.
