Default Any West Virginia Bowhunters out there?

If so, where bouts in the hills are ya? I'm in NC but my home is on the Holly River in Webster County. Good luck to all, just less than two months to go.

What are you talking about....2 months....try 3 weeks as this year there is the early bow season for private land, antlerless, from September 14-19.

I am in the eastern panhandle and plan to sit in the 3 wooded acres I have at the back of my property, and if I get a doe she will be all jerky:-)

I hunt in the Eastern Panhandle... loads of deer, not many bruisers. Lots of fun though!

Where all do you hunt? I hunted Shannondale last year, as well as my backyard. I scouted Sleepy creek this year, and plan to hunt it also, entering in at the Brush Creek entrance at the southern tip.

Anyone elese going to sit for early archery doe season?

Default Doe Season

My Dad has over 100 acres near the tip of the northern panhandle. I'll be in my climber with bells on come Monday Sept. 14th.
