Default bowhunting out of ground blinds

has anybody had any good luck hunting out of blinds or treestands? i just set a blind up today my season starts here october 13 that should be plenty of time to let things calm down and the deer getting used to it. its brushed in pretty good too. ive seen alot of deer out of blinds, what about all of you guys? it seems the older i get the more i want to be on the ground, but i do know that best place is in a stand.

I personally love to hunt from the ground, and especially in a blind. I think it's more exciting when you are sitting 20 yards or less away from a deer. Nothing like it.
