Can you post an aerial picture? This would help us to understand your situation.

We would need an aerial view to help you gain some insight into where would be a likely spot for a stand.

need more info. but to help you with just the info you gave, find trails coming and going from the bedding areas to the food source. place ur stand 20 to 30yds off of the trail as close to the bedding area as you can without spooking the deer. good luck

there is about 10 acres of wooded area surrounded by cornfields but there is a thin strip of trees that leads to the bigger woods and this strip of trees has standing corn on both sides of it

Aerials are good. Aerials with accompanying topos are great.

set up on the edge of the corn near the biggest part of woods

sounds like the thin strip of woods is a good spot once they cut the corn. deer should use it to get from the small 10acres to the big woods and vice vs. kinda like a funnel.

I second what bypasskiller said. Getting as close to the bedding area as you can without spooking them is also a great idea.

Time to invest in a couple trail cameras.

Could answer alot of questions.
