Bad luck
My buddy came up yesterday for a short visit and I wanted to show him my new toy. I bought a Diamond Marquis about a month ago. Well he drawed it back and when he was letting it off and the string slipped from his fingers. My heart just sank. The bow swarmed on him, I couldnt believe what just happend. So I'm taking back to the shop today and let them fix it. The only damage I could find was to the string, I sure hope it didnt damage anything else. I had a string break on my Strike Eagle one time all I had to do was replace the string, no damage to the bow. I sure hope I'm that lucky again.

Man that sucks. Hoping for the best, for you.

Lesson learned. Don't let people handle your bow, the temptation to draw is too great, especially for non-archers.

Yeah I agree with this. Handling a bow is like handling a firearm. You have to know the rules to keep you and everyone else safe. Not to mention to keep them from damaging it. Good luck. |
