New stabilizer WOW!

For the last year or so i have been going back and fourth trying to decide if i wanted to potentially waste my money on a longer stabilizer. I didn't want one of those 3ft. target rods due to maneuverability in a hunting situation. I was thinking around the 8-11 inch range, but everyone i talked to kept saying that i wouldn't notice a difference in stability by adding 4-7 inches on my stabilizer. Well i broke down today and bought a 8in. Carbon Express stabilizer and all i can say is WOW! The first time i drew it back today i could instantly tell a major difference in my aiming, it's almost like i went from trying to aim a pistol to aiming a rifle on a tri-pod. I def recommended to anyone who has not tried a longer stabilizer to give it a shot.

All my hunting stabilizers are 11.5/12" long.

Currently, 11.5 Octane, 11.5" Doinker and a 12" Super Stix.

They look better as well with my long sight bars on my Vipers.

That Octane is sweet looking, i really wanted one but i opted for the $29.00 Carbon Express.

I'm a big fan of my 10.5" fuse stabilizer. I had to go with a shorter/lighter sight to balance out my alphamax, but it was worth it.

They definately make a difference once you get the weight right.

BTW, I shot a Bstinger stabilizer today 12" 11oz weight, and it held exceptionally well!!! IT held as well as my 24" setup.

I have a 12 inch camo AEP stabilizer on my bow. The first time i ever shot it i could tell a major difference in how easy it was to hold by bow steady. Its definitely one of the best things i have put on my bow to help me shoot better. i would recommend a longer stabilizer to anyone. I also got the 12 inch so i could stay in the bowhunter class in 3d competition shoots.

Does a longer stabilzer really help that much???? Im using a 4 inch Doinker right now and I thought that was good enough.....Im starting to reconsider.....
