What would you take with you?
 

I have lucked out after many years of trying to get a moose permit up here. I have an alternate that will be packing a rifle and myself I am planning on taking a bow. Here is the questions.. I have an older Bear bruin bow that I have shot cranked up to 75 lbs. with some pretty heavey wieght aluminum arrows. As well as 145 grain Magnus broad heads. I have recently purchased a Bow Tech Constitution from a fellow member and mod on here. Which bow would you rather take on a hunt like this? What would you use if you took the Constitution hunting with you in regards to broadheads and ect...

i'd take which ever bow i was more comfortable shooting with.

I personally would take the Bowtech. I would be much more comfortable shooting the constitution than an older bow like the bruin.

As for arrows and broadheads, you would be hard pressed to beat a Axis or Axis FMJ with a Slick Trick, or razor trick if you prefer coc BH's, on the business end.

I would also take 4 illegals with you to pack out your kill. A moose is a big animal and you'll need the extra help. Don't worry about having the extra people with you, from what I heard illegals are great at sneeking around.
