broadhead question
 

im looking to use new broadheads this year. ive considered using muzzy mx-3 due to their price. my question is should i use these or just break down and buy a more expensive broadhead and wat kind?

Magnus heads are as good as it gets.

I paid $18 or $19 for my last couple packs of Slick Tricks, and I don't feel like I skimped at all. :happy0001: If the Muzzy's fly well for you, then go with them. Confidence is a big part of making us successful when we have our bows drawn back and are ready to squeeze that trigger.

Doug's exactly right. Expensive doesn't necessarily mean better. I've shot Muzzy's for over 10 plus years. The MX-3 is an excellent choice. Don't let inexpensive mean cheap on many broadheadds.

As long as they are razor sharp, they'll hold up for at least one shot and in reality, that's all you need them for.

I really like my slick tricks .they fly exactly like my field points and are very durable .
the last time i used them i put it through the deer braking ribs on both sides and then
hitting a rock in the ground. the head and blades stayed together with minor a chip in the blades . that is what i am using again this year
