I've used both, go w/ a drop away. I like the QAD Ultra rest because you still get the total containment of the WB.

The WB exaggerates any hand torque and is hard to tune... IMO at least.

Fall away rest. And if you like the arrow to be held in place whenever you're walking or just sitting on stand, the Vital Gear Kazaway rest is the way to go. IMO

I used a biscuit for the past 5 years and finally dropped it for a Tri-Van rest.
It is a containment rest like the biscuit but when you release your arrow the bristles drop away.
So you get the best of both worlds!

I have always gone with drop aways.. I do not want any thing touching my arrows even while shooting..

I would use a drop away with a containment like a QAD rest or ripcord . zero drag on your arrow and held in place. the best of both worlds.

I use the QAD.I've never tried a WB but I really don't like the idea of the arrow plowing through anything other than the critter I shot it at.

I would look into QAD ultrarest! Whisker biscuit shoot descent but I never could get it where i was super confident with it.
