bought a moultrie feeder..takeing it to our lease next weekend. I bought 5, 50lbs bags of corn for it..How do u all do yours? Just put all corn in it or mix things? Also whats best setting for the timer? Thanks

When I hunted where a feeder could be used, we would mix in bird seed with the corn. The birds will pick at the seed by the funnel helping to spread corn during the day.

I usually just put it all in there and don't mix it with anything. The bird seed idea seems pretty good though. Being that its still summer I would set the time to put out the least amount of corn possible. Once it gets closer to fall and the weather starts cooling off then up it alittle.
