Here's a simple and cheap way to fix your old 3-D targets.

The best way I found, is get some "GREAT STUFF" from your local Lowes or Home Depot and spray it where you need it. This stuff is used as crack filler insulation and works wonders an $5 or so per can. It will expand many times over as it dries so use sparingly!

Agreed "Great Stuff" definately does the job!!

Been there and done that, Great Stuff works very well. Only addition I would add is to wrap the duct tape arond the body after the horizontal application and make it tight so it will hold more of the Great Stuff so it will be dencer, and let cure a little longer. You can also use a wad of old t-shirts in the middle for more resistance. When cureing is done use a rasp or large file to reshape.
