Default Would you shoot this buck?

Just wondering how many of you would shoot this buck? I think he needs at least one more year maybe two? What do you all think?

Is that a good buck for your woods? I would shoot.

It looks a little young. I would let him walk, but you would have to decide if you shoot or not.

I'd go with your idea of a year, anyhow. Then again, depending on where you hunt, passing him now often means it being taken by someone else a few minutes/days later. One caveat to that; at least you extend your season, and that is rarely a bad thing.

Depends on circumstances like what else is on the property/area, how many buck tags you have and what you're holding out for and what you have previously killed with a bow. Ive killed two easily bigger than that in the past 3 years so I probably would pass.

I definitely have some bigger ones on the property. I will be posting those soon. Just picked up the memory card today and will be posting some more pics soon. One of the bucks looks like he will be a rael nice 11 point possibly a 12. I saw another one that looks to be a big 8.

eh sorry about the short rant there, the poster is new, its just these threads get so old, everyone wanting everyone else to gauge what is and isn't a shooter buck or deer, like the stupid "would you shoot a fawn" thread I mean c/mon ........

ManofTheFall you set YOUR own goals, don't let anyone else do that for you

He looks like a 2 1/2 year old, if it was on my land I would let him go 2 maybe 3 more years. he has good potential. But you are the one to make the choice.
