Does anyone here have one?

If so, do you like it and is it sturdy?
Where did you buy it? Looks like i can get one off the net for 129+ship

Yeah I love my Lakewood case. Not nearly as bulky as most hard cases, yet still provides more protections that a soft case. Also love that you can store your bow away while leaving the quiver still attached. No more pulling it off and storing it elsewhere. It also has the ability to hold a dozen arrows and a few acessories as well.

I would never use a Lakewood case for Airline travel. The SKB cases my be more expensive but if you need serious protection they are well worth the money.

I have 3 SKB cases. I think the 4114 is hard to match in quality, and equipment protection.

Lakewoods are pretty sweet cases, but I'm with Dan on the airline travel, the SKB is the top of the heap for that. I don't think I would trust my bow in a Lakewood with the monkeys that load airplanes.

I absolutely love my Lakewood case. I have beat the crap out of it and have never had a problem. I wouldn't mind think twice to fly with it.

thanks for the responses gents...it's mainly for to and from the house to hunting spot.
i cant find a case that the guardian will fit in nicely and opens like a book.

kinda wanted to avoid spending the kind of money for an skb but may not have a choice.
i might have a friend fab one out of fiberglass.

Well good luck with whatever you decide. If you decide to call Lakewood ask for Steve and tell him Fergus told you to call. He will take care of you. He is one of my fishing sponsors and I work real closely with him on the fishing case designs! He is a real good guy!
